Been so busy lately that I have neglected my beloved blog. Would like to wish all a Happy & Prosperous Chinese New Year "Gong Xi Fatt Cai" and also Happy Valentine's Day.

Some of the products from The Kitty Store are featured in the current issue (Feb 2010) of the "My Child" magazine. "My Child" is a local English parenting magazine for today's busy parent.

New Year, New School

This is my first post for the new year. I would like to wish everybody a Happy New Year and all the best for the remaining 364 days. This morning I send both my kids to kinder, luckily everything went smoothly and Caley (just turned 3 2 weeks ago but considered as 4 this year) adapted to kindy life like a fish in the water. No crying spells, no hugging mummy and daddy. Hopefully this will be her behaviour for the whole year. I hope she enjoys kindy as much as Nigel (he is 6 this year). Crossing my fingers and toes.

Weekend and Christmas Shopping

It's 3 more weeks till Christmas and 4 weeks till 2010. Can't believe how fast time flies. Have not even started on my christmas shopping yet. The Christmas tree in the picture is a small one decorated by my darling son and precious daughter. That is their personal one, of course there is also a 6ft tree for the adults.

I have been trying to churn out 1 new idea / recipe per week but it looks like it is not possible this week. There are too many activities going on this weekend, hopefully I am still able to generate some ideas from my left over energy. Take care and have a nice weekend.

Breakfast with characters

I will be attempting to make a breakfast tomorrow featuring Hello Kitty, Mickey Mouse and Winnie the Pooh. Wish me luck. I hope my kids and hubby will love it.

Hi there, from now onwards all my ideas and recipes from The Kitty Store will be moved to this blog so that everyone can enjoy and share what I have posted.  I hope to post an idea or a recipe every week, so far I have posted 3 and hope that more will be coming soon. I make sure that I try the recipe myself before posting it so that minor errors can also be avoided.

With the Christmas season drawing near, the next recipe would be a Butter Shortcake which should be easy to make. Let you know once it's done.

I hope that you will enjoy reading and following the ideas and recipes that I have posted.
